I have been using the powder regularly and use it either in my tea, coffee, granola or just in a yoghurt. You can Add it while cooking and etc
It is a decent product and it is from a pretty much organic country-Estonia😊
I have been using it as a treatment for about 2 weeks for immunity. We need it especially during these times over Covid. It is widely used in Chinese medicine as well, but Estonia is such a clean environment and perfect to get Chaga from. I really do love it and highly recommend!
