    ICONFIT WHEY + COLLAGEN not only assists in muscle growth and recovery, but also in the protection of our joints – giving them elasticity & strength. This is particularly important for calisthenics athletes or people involved in bodyweight training, as the intensity at which we perform our dynamic & static skills can put us at risk of joint pain or injury.

    The subtle flavors make it versatile to blend in all smoothies and shakes. I’m loving vanilla flavor at the moment and I simply add 1 scoop to chilled water for my post-workout shake.

    I’m usually adverse to protein powders as most have a strange after-taste, but IconFit Whey + Collagen is not only delicious but there is none of the after-taste that makes protein powders not that appetising. Makes for a great post-workout treat and I’m definitely buying more in the future.
